●How does the Artist Pro 16TP work?

XPPen Artist Pro 16TP is not the standalone product. It must be connected to a PC/Laptop to work.

● Two ways of connection:

1) Connect via the 2-in-1 Cable:

Your computer needs to have HDMI and USB ports available for connection, if not, you need an adapter to convert for the connection.

2) Connect via the full-featured USB-C to USB-C Cable:

Two full-featured USB-C to USB-C cable are included in the package. Your computer needs to have USB-C port for available connection.

* Some old model laptops or desktops need to be connected via an HDMI cable.

* Supports USB-C DC 5V/300mA output, allowing for easy connection to Nintendo Switch.

●Driver Download and Installation Tips:

Before installing XPPen's driver, please remove other brand's driver from your computer and reboot, otherwise this might cause the conflict problem.

XPPen's driver will be regularly updated, so please go to our official web to download the newest driver, and install it on your computer.
